8/1/04	Sun	STACY		Kids were dropped off at 6am.Kids were full of energy and said they weren't sleepy because they went to bed at 7pm last night. Kids were wearing the same clothes from the day before because 'the other clothes were in the laundry'. When Takako saw some grime on Mirrissa's knee and asked when she had gotten so dirty, kids said they didn't have to take their baths nor needed to wash their faces yesterday. Zach played with his snake and we all hung out. Dave and Takako watched "The Last Samurai" Zach watched part of it but mostly played with his snake. Mirrissa interrupted numerous times asking if she could do this that or the other. Dolly and Dave's dad sent Mirrissa her birthday card with a 25 dollar check. Mirrissa said with out prompting "I am going to leave it at daddy's because mommy will take it away if I take it to her place like she did with Bubba's check"
				Zach said that mommy told him "It’s nice of daddy to buy you a 65 dollar snake when he doesn't even pay me child support". Zach said Mommy told him to ask Daddy to feed his snake next week because Zach won't be able to. Dave asked why and Zach said mommy told him that they won't be seeing daddy next week. Dave told Zach that he had not heard any change of plans from Stacy so he is still planning on picking them up on Tuesday. The neighbor Rob said he will be able to show us his snake today but he was out.
				Stacy came to pick the kids up after 3pm even though she said she will be coming after getting off of work at 2pm. Stacy sent Mirrissa up to get her makeup and purse. Then she sent up Zach to get his toys and play station games even though she doesn't have Play station at her house. Zach said he wanted to keep his stuff at Daddy's. Stacy stopped the engine and demanded Zach to get out of the car and immediately his stuff. Dave went down to talk Stacy but she refused to talk with the tape recorder. Finally, she ordered Zach to get in the car and drove off. Later Stacy called saying that Dave will not have the kids on Tuesday because he had Takako watch them last week and lied to her about wanting to see the kids. Dave told her that was not a good reason and asked if Stacy has spoken to her lawyer about this at all. She didn't reply and hung up when Dave reminded her that she was being recorded.
8/2/04	Mon	STACY		Dave was able to speak to the kids on the second attempt. Mirrissa got a pet gerbil and Zach got a new pet hamster. Stacy took them to PetMan in south Daytona and purchased each with new cages and supplies. Stacy told Dave that Mirrissa wanted to spend her 25 dollars from Grandma on some additional play toys for the gerbil. Zach said that mommy told him that he now did not need to reimburse daddy for the snake. Dave said that the agreement was between Zach and him so mommy can't change it. Zach said that Stacy is still promising to pay him back for the 25 dollar check from Dolly that he asked mommy to cash for him. Kids were excited about their new pets and Dave got to hear all about it. Dave heard arguing about something Mirrissa did to her gerbil’s cage in the back ground while he talked to Zach. Dave is worried that this will become a new source of yelling at Stacy's household since gerbils and hamsters require weekly cage cleaning and daily feeding.
				Stacy came on the phone and much to Dave's surprise, demanded that he should pick up the kids tomorrow. This was exactly the opposite of what she demanded yesterday but Dave didn't have any objection so he didn't ask why the change of heart. Stacy told Dave that he needs to cash Mirrissa's birthday check from Dolly and take her to Petman to get an attachment cage because Mirrissa wants to spend the money on her gerbil. Stacy also said that kids will start school in Holly Hill so Dave asked why she chose that. Stacy said that the babysitter can drive the kids to school in the morning and she has custody so it is only right that they go to Holly Hill. Dave replied that he could do all the driving for the kids if she dropped them off at his place in the morning, which unlike the babysitter is actually on the way to her work. He pointed out that the kids are used to Pine Trail and it is a better school. Stacy said they only went to Pine Trail because Dave left the family and they had no choice so she doesn't want to be blamed for that.
8/3/04	Tue	DAVID		Dave picked up the kids at 2pm after work. Mirrissa wanted to go to the bank to cash her check. Zach wanted to stay home with his snake. Dave went into the lawyers office to sign papers while Takako and the kids waited in the car. Then we went to cash Mirrissa's check. Then we rented videos and bought Krispy Kreme doughnuts. We watched one movie and then it was time to go to 'National Night Out' Ormond Beach Neighborhood Center. Kids had fun playing on air filled slides and participating in the sack races. Zach and Dave played in a game of kick ball, while Mirrissa helped the cashier collect money for the food. We also met up with Liam's mom and Liam. After coming home we watched Charlie’s Angels movie. Kids had taken a long nap at the babysitters and was wide a wake at 11pm, after the movie but Dave made them go to bed. Kids were out and didn't get to call their mom. Dave's cell phone locked up so we couldn't tell if Stacy tried to call the kids. No message on cell or home phone.
				Mirrissa begged and pleaded to spend the money today but Dave reminded her that she promised mommy to buy a cage for her gerbil. Mirrissa called her mom to ask if it was OK to spend the money on something else today. Stacy said that it will be OK if Dave will buy the cage extension for Mirrissa's gerbil as his birthday present to her. Dave said he already picked out the gift. Mirrissa said she didn't want to get a cage for her gerbil but Stacy was able to convince her that her gerbil needed a bigger cage and that will be the best thing to do. Stacy told Mirrissa that she will have her allowance next week indicating that Stacy decided to give the kids weekly allowance in response to Dave starting with Zach last week.
				Zach said that mommy told him that he can't spend his birthday money from Dolly with his dad and he must spend it with her. According to Stacy, Zach bought a hamster and a cage with his 25 dollars. Dave pointed out that Zach had decided to buy the snake first and it is not right to decide to buy something else with out paying him back. Zach replied that mommy forbids him to take his money to daddy and she said he had to spend it at the store with her. Dave said mommy probably shouldn't have done this but he should also realize that getting the hamster wasn't right either. Later, Zach said he will pay daddy with his allowance. Dave said to not worry about it and to consider the UT game and the snake his birthday present. Zach said he got 2 dollars from mommy to feed his snake too. When Zach spoke to Stacy, he told her that mice for the snake was actually a dollar so he can use his allowance instead and give mommy back the 2 dollars she gave him.
				Mirrissa said "When you (Takako) and Daddy cheated on Mommy, I think the second time, mommy thinks you went to see your parents". Turns out Mirrissa thought that mommy thought Takako went to see her parents. It had nothing to do with neither cheating nor anything mommy actually said. Mirrissa then said" mommy knows where you live" Dave replied, yes I know mommy knows she has come by before. Mirrissa said, "we went there late a night but daddy wasn't there most of the time".
				Zach said he was sad he didn't get any presents for his birthday. When asked to clarify, he said he wanted a birthday party where people bring him wrapped presents and he gets to open them. Takako said maybe next year when the schedule is set, we can make some plans for a party. Zach said that mommy will probably get him and he will never get a party anyway. Takako told him that we won't know that but the fact your mom and dad are fighting to get you guys must mean you are pretty special to them. Zach nodded his head and said "I will probably never get to see daddy though". Zach also volunteered that Mirrissa is telling mommy that Takako is mean to her even though he knows that’s not true. Zach was still grounded from all is friends forever.
8/4/04	Wed	DAVID		Takako watched the kids while Dave worked. We went to Grand Seas Resorts and kids played in the pool. Kids were hungry and whined for candy. Around 2pm, it started thunder storming so we moved to swim in the indoor pool. Takako met up with Dave in time for her interview at 3pm. Zach put on Takako's sandals and walked around the house in them. Mirrissa seeing this said "oh noooo Bubba, mommy will be mad, you better not do that". When Dave reminded her that this was his house his rules, Mirrissa excitedly asked Takako if she could try on her shoes and played with them for a while. Dave didn't make the kids call their mom tonight.
8/5/04	Thu	STACY	Dave babysat while Stacy work	Babysitter was closed due to Michelle's kids going to their school for meet the teacher’s day. Michelle notified Dave of this on Tuesday. Stacy showed up to pick the kids up at 3:30pm. She was irate that she forgot that Michelle was closed and blamed David for not calling and arranging a pick time/place. The kids reluctantly went with Stacy. Stacy called David at 8:05pm and put Zachary on the phone. Zachary reluctantly said that he had to work all weekend at David's to make up for his new hamster (the old one died) that had escaped from his hands and had made it's way into Stacy's couch. Stacy had to tear the couch up in order to get the hamster out. David informed Zachary to tell his mother what he needed to in order to get through the day. Stacy called David back at 8:14pm to ask if he was going to enforce the punishment Zachary was under in order to pay Stacy back $500 for the couch. David asked Stacy if Zachary was working for her during her time. She said he was going to be. David asked Stacy if she was going to allow the kids to go to Pine trail. Stacy hung up.
8/6/04	Fri	STACY, DAVID AT 6PM		Dave went to Michelle's at 2:30pm and picked up the kids for the weekend. Stacy called David at 4:00pm to inform him that he was not to pick up the kids on Friday until 6:00pm. David had forgotten about the 6pm part and apologized. David asked Stacy if she was going to allow the kids to go to Pinetrail. Stacy hung up.
8/7/04	Sat	DAVID		Saturday, Dave, and the kids went to Hontoon island to fish. they got up at 6:30 am to pack lunches and get there before 8am. They took a nap when they returned. They got some movies from Block buster and watched them in the evening.
8/8/04	Sun	DAVID, STACY AT 6PM		Sunday. It rained all day so Dave and the kids spent the day cleaning house. Takako called and spoke to everyone around noon. Zach didn't get in trouble for his lost earring. Stacy couldn't find the other one so he didn't have one in until Dave found the ones Takako gave him while cleaning. Around 4pm, we went to Burger King to eat and play. Kids were driven to Stacy's house at 6pm.
8/9/04	Mon	STACY		Dave took a check to Ms. Devine for Stacy's session tomorrow. Dave went to see Michelle the babysitter to ask what arrangements have been made for the kids. Michelle said that she will take them to school in the morning and pick them up from school. She also said that Stacy has told her that Dave cannot pick up the kids anymore for any reason what so ever. Dave tried to reach the kids by phone starting 7:30pm. Finally Stacy called back after 8:30 and said that something must be wrong with the phone, she didn't hear it ring. Dave said whatever, can I talk to the kids, and Stacy said they are in bed by 8pm and already asleep. Dave said ok, I will pick them up tomorrow. She replied, oh that is only the summer schedule, they started school already so you won't be seeing them. Stacy also accused Dave for going to see Michelle without her permission today and told him he had no business going there.
8/10/04	Tue	DAVID	STACY, first day of school at Holly Hill Elementary	Dave went to pick up the kids from the babysitter at 2pm but Stacy had already picked them up. Dave left a message with Stacy to call him back. Jane Devine called and said that she would like for Dave to come with Stacy to the appointment tomorrow because there is a lot that needs to be discussed about the kids. Zach tried to call Dave at 8pm. Dave was at work but Takako was home. After about 5 attempts, Takako picked up the phone. Zach sounded upset and said he needed his dad to take care of his snake because he won't be able to feed it this Wednesday or any Wednesday after. Takako said to not worry about his snake because we will take care of him and that Dad will call him as soon as he gets home from work. Dave called the kids shortly after. Zach told him that "Holly Hill Elementary is great". When asked what specifically he liked about it, Zach repeated the same question over and over. Dave thought it sounded rehearsed. Rest of the time was spent worrying about his snake. Dave assured him he will take care of it. Mirrissa was having a crying fit about her earrings with Stacy in the back ground. When she came on the phone, she said she didn't want to talk so Dave let her go. Stacy came on the phone and asked if the recorder was on. Dave said yes and Stacy hung up.
8/11/04	Wed	DAVID	STACY	Dave went with Takako to appointment with Jane Devine. Ms. Devine thought it best if Takako didn't join them today so Takako went out to the antique shop to kill time. Dave went over the school situation and gave Ms. Devine the most recent court papers. Stacy arrived after 15 minutes. Most of the session was taken up with Stacy and Dave arguing. Stacy would say one thing and Dave would say "that’s not true". When JD asked Stacy what was wrong with Pine Trail, Stacy didn't have a response. Dave made it clear that he just wanted the kids to go to the best school possible regardless of where it was. Stacy tried to bring up child support but JD redirected her to discuss one thing at a time. JD said it would be best we you guys can agree on this before Monday when you are scheduled to go to court.
				Stacy didn't know anything about the court date and had heard nothing from her lawyer. JD made a copy of the motions for Stacy. At the end of the session, they agreed that Zach will come for a session next week and Stacy will bring him, and the following week, Dave will bring him. Dave told JD that although Stacy may think Zach is the source of all problems, he believes there are serious things going on with Mirrissa and he would like her in therapy. JD said lets work on one kid at a time. Dave reluctantly agreed. Stacy was seen driving off towards south Daytona from JD's office so Dave was concerned she didn't pick up the kids and went to her lawyers office. It turned out she did go pick up the kids after work and left them somewhere for the appointment. Late that afternoon, Takako dropped off papers to Michelle. Stacy was seen talking to her lawyer on a cell phone as she walked away from JD's office.
				Zach called the house at 8:30pm to speak to Dave but he was at work and Takako answered the phone. Dave returned the call from work. Zach talked about his snake and Dave told him he was planning on feeding it tomorrow because the kids are with mommy this week end. Zach said no, mommy said that Dave was going to have them every weekend from now on. Dave said he didn't know about that. In the back ground, Stacy yelled, "That is NOT what I said! quit making stuff up!" Zach said back to her "Mommy why are you lying again! you always lie!" Zach asked Mirrissa if she wanted to talk to Daddy but she didn't want to so Dave said good night. Shortly after,
				Stacy left a voice mail on Dave's phone saying he has the kids this weekend but she gets them next weekend to get the schedule back to where it used to be. Dave called back and said that no he doesn't want to change anything anymore and Stacy has the kids this weekend but he can baby-sit while she works if she needs him to. Stacy went on about how inconsiderate he was and how kids should at least be given a chance to try out Holly Hill without being jerked out of a school AGAIN by Dave. Dave said he was tired of his kids losing out on opportunities because of Stacy's poor choices. Stacy asked "when have I ever stood in your way". Dave named numerous incidents. Stacy jumped from one topic to the next despite Dave trying to stay on the topic of kids' school and weekend schedule.
8/12/04	Thu	STACY		Dave called the kids a 7:50pm Stacy passed the phone over to Zach before he could say anything. Zach thought schools will be closed tomorrow due to hurricane. He talked about the snake. He said he did chores for Mommy and will get 11 dollars allowance on Monday. Kyle and his friends came to the window and talked to him but mommy saw them and made them leave so he can clean his room. When Dave asked him "how is school" He said "Great!" Mirrissa didn't want to talk to Dave but came on the phone. The reason why she didn't want to talk was because she was scared of the hurricane and thought school was boring and missed Pine Trail. Dave didn't think that was a good reason but Mirrissa kept repeating it then passed the phone to Stacy. Dave asked what the plan was for the weekend. Stacy asked him to watch the kids on Saturday but she was off on Sunday.
				At 9:40pm, Zach called Dave again saying that the schools will be closed tomorrow so can daddy watch them tomorrow. Dave confirmed that the schools were closed tomorrow and found out that Stacy was taking the day off to watch the kids so no baby sitter was needed. Zach said that he missed Dave and wanted him to watch them tomorrow. Dave wondered why both kids were still awake at that late hour. Zach said that they had not had dinner yet and were not going to bed yet. Dave finally got Stacy on the phone and pointed out that the kids should be in bed by now. Stacy hung up. Dave called back and Mirrissa answered. She said that they were watching movies and had not had dinner yet. Dave asked to speak to Stacy but she kept refusing. Finally Stacy came on the phone and said that Zach needs to clean his room before going to bed. Dave said that he thought Stacy needed to be a more responsible parent and make sure they are in bed by 8 pm since she is the one that instated that rule. Dave asked Stacy if she could at least let him know if she is overwhelmed by everything so that he can help out and kids don't suffer like this. Stacy hung up.
				It is ironic because Stacy will use the bed time as an excuse to not let Dave talk to the kids if he calls after 8pm even though he can hear them playing in the back ground. She has also repeatedly refused visitation if Dave has to work till 8pm. She told the police that kids can't be disturbed like this by their Dad coming to pick them up so late. Also, Stacy emphasized that she has to work "every" day for 14 days straight with no time off and how difficult it is for her to get time off or change her schedule. Stacy also complains that Dave does not feed the kids proper food when she fails to feed them at all. Kids are used to not going to bed at a regular time on a school night and were not trying to hide the fact from Dave. Dave was surprised to receive a call so late and thought it was an emergency. He thought that Stacy had asked Zach to call and ask if he could watch the kids tomorrow. Apparently Zach had nagged Stacy enough to be allowed a phone call even though she never indicated that Dave had to baby-sit tomorrow.
8/13/04	Fri	STACY	No school due to hurricane, Stacy stay home	Friday, hurricane Charlie hit south of Tampa and went through Daytona. Power went out briefly at Takako’s house. At Dave’s house the power was out all night into the next day. Dolly called Dave at work. She was worried about the hurricane and when she couldn't reach Dave at home, she called Stacy. Dolly was alarmed because Stacy told her about how the kids were scared and they were hiding out inside the house. Dave assured her that there was nothing really serious going on at this time and that Stacy was exaggerating again. Dave spoke to Zach personally and he was just excited that a hurricane was coming and was not especially scared. Mirrissa said that she didn't want to speak to Daddy because a hurricane was coming. Zach said that mommy told him to take off the earrings Takako gave him because they were not his. He was concerned because mommy told him that he could catch some diseases from other people's earrings. Zach had lost his earring the other day and because he was concerned that his hole will close up, he put in the earring Takako gave him couple of months ago.
8/14/04	Sat	STACY	Dave babysat while Stacy worked	Saturday, Stacy dropped the kids off in the morning. The power was out so the kids and Dave hung out at the house, wrestling around. Around noon, they went to Rephibia to get Zach's snake a mouse to eat but they were closed. Then Zach caught a lizard and fed it to the snake. Stacy came to pick them up after work. Around 9pm, the power was restored. At 9:30pm Zach called Dave asking if he could watch them tomorrow because mommy has to work. Dave asked to speak to Stacy but she refused. Finally he was able to get her on the phone. Stacy said that she had been too busy with Zach's earring all day that she hadn't had time to call him about it earlier. Dave agreed to watch the kids tomorrow.
8/15/04	Sun	STACY	Dave babysat while Stacy worked	Sunday, Kids were dropped off in the morning. Everybody slept till around 10am then had cereal for breakfast. Zach caught another lizard for his snake. Power was still out in Holly Hill and Zach said they had to take a cold shower and wake up to candle light. Mirrissa said that yesterday, mommy said it was so rude of Dave not to invite them over to his house with the electricity and power when he knew Holly Hill still didn't have power. Zach said that when he pointed out that Takako's house got hit by hurricane, his mom laughed gleefully then Zach said that he found out that Takako and her house was ok, Stacy replied "Darn". Zach said mommy wanted Takako to die in the storm. Stacy came to pick up the kids surprisingly early, 2 minutes after 2pm. Kids will not have school Monday or Tuesday. Stacy said she will take off from work tomorrow and watch the kids. Courts will also be closed Monday.
8/16/04	Mon	STACY	No school	Court date cancelled due to power outage. Power has not been restored to Holly Hill. Dave called the kids but nobody picked up nor called back. Mr. Rice called and left message saying his office doesn't have power.
8/17/04	Tue	DAVID	No school STACY	Dave tried to call the kids but nobody picked up. Concerned, Dave drove by Stacy's house. Her car was not in the driveway and power seemed to be out in her row. She probably went to a coworker's place for the night
8/18/04	Wed	DAVID	No school STACY	Dave called the kids and spoke to Zach briefly. Zach mostly talked about his snake. He got in trouble for playing with Kyle and shooting his bbgun into a window and breaking it. He said mommy grounded him from his friends. Takako thought it amusing that he now has two life sentences of grounding to live through. Zach also told Dave that mommy is still going to make him pay back 500 dollars for the couch.
8/19/04	Thu	STACY	No school	Dave spoke to Zach. He kept begging to Dave and Stacy that he wanted to spend the night at daddy's place. Stacy flat out said no and made him get off the phone and go to bed.
8/20/04	Fri	STACY, DAVID AT 6PM	No school	Friday. Dave picked up the kids at 6pm. They went to McDonalds for dinner, then went home briefly to feed Zach's snake a gekko and pick up Sascha. Kids just received birthday money from Dave's mom. It just so happened that grandma called right after they opened their cards so they were able to thank her right away. They arrived at Takako's house little before10pm. Carey called and spoke to Mirrissa for a little while and made plans to play tomorrow. Kids played and watched TV until they went to bed at 11pm.
8/21/04	Sat	DAVID		Saturday. Takako had Real Estate school so Dave and the kids met up with her for lunch at school. School is located in a remodeled mall. Kids had fun going up and down the escalators while they waited for her to get out of class. They went to Arby's and had roast beef sandwiches. Kids wanted to go to Toy's Rus to spend their birthday money. Zach purchased a remote control plane which cost 50 dollars. Dave helped him out with 10 additional dollars. Mirrissa purchased a small oven to bake tiny cookies and Twinkies. Carey joined them when they got back and played with their new toys. Zach brought back the earring Takako gave him from his mom's place. He said his mom told him never to wear it again because his ear will become infected with germs if he wears Takako's earring. Zach didn't believe her and asked Dave if he could wear it at daddy's house. Carey was very happy to visit with us. She said Dave and Takako were her favorite people after her mom. Her mom said that Carey looks across the street to see if the jeep is there and looks forward to the kids' visit every weekend. She ran over and gave Takako a hug as soon as she came home from school. Carey also volunteered a goodnight hug. Seeing this, Zach also came over and gave Takako a hug goodnight. Mirrissa was acting less bossy and more agreeable compared to the last time and we heard lots of laughter between Mirrissa and Carey. After a while, Zach retreated to watch some cartoons on TV. At 7:30pm, kids called Stacy. Mirrissa was on the phone first. Stacy asked what she did today. Mirrissa said they didn't do much slept all day. When asked where they were, Mirrissa hesitated, then said Plant City. Mirrissa said she got a toy oven. Stacy asked who bought it for her. M said she bought it herself. S sternly asked who gave her the money. M said it was her own money and said "here is Bubba" and quickly handed the phone to Zach. Carey was listening to the conversation and made one of her puzzled looks. As Zach received the phone, we heard Stacy yelling, "get me off the fucking speaker phone!" Stacy did most of the talking while Zach was heard saying only "uhuh" for the whole conversation.
8/22/04	Sun	DAVID, STACY AT 6PM		Sunday. Takako left to go to school. Kids had waffles for breakfast and played with Carey until it was time to leave at 2:30pm. Mirrissa still has 20 dollars left of her birthday money which she hurriedly spent, giving 5 dollars to Zach. They played games and 25 cent machines at Publix. Mirrissa decided to take her new oven to her mom's house. Zach decided to leave everything at Dave's. As Zach was walking up to Stacy's door, Dave remembered the earring and called him back. Zach remembering quickly changed into his original earrings. Driving away, Dave heard Stacy screaming "I told you I didn't want her earrings in cause your ears will get infected!",
8/23/04	Mon	STACY	School resumes	Stacy called in the afternoon asking where this month's and the last half of last month's child support was. Dave told her he is waiting for the court order because as far as he was concerned, he was paid up for the year. Stacy yelled back "how can you say that when the kids are suffering because you aren't paying me!" She then accusingly said Dave needed to pay Michelle the baby sitter. Dave told her he didn't see why he should when there is no need for a babysitter. Stacy screamed at him incoherently and hung up the phone. Dave called and spoke to Zach, Mirrissa could be heard saying "I don't want to talk". Stacy continuously tried to get Zach to get off the phone. Dave asked what he is learning in school. Zach said multiplication and addition. Dave asked how much he was suffering. Zach said he was not suffering at all. Stacy hearing this convinced Zach to hang up the phone.
8/24/04	Tue	DAVID	STACY	Tuesday. Dave received reply from Stacy's lawyer Mr. Fox on the petition. Dave tried reaching the kids from work but nobody answered. Takako spoke to JD on the phone. Jane Devine was under the impression that Dave wanted Zach in first because of his severe behavioral problems. She said she recommended bringing both kids to share the session 20 minutes each and that is what Stacy is going to do. She didn't know Dave thought anything special about mirrissa. She asked Dave remind Stacy to bring both kids. Takako told her that Stacy will bring both kids anyway if she doesn't have a babysitter and if Dave told her, she would make sure she only took Zach. Dave and Takako were shocked that there was such big misunderstanding about the issues with Jane Devine.
8/25/04	Wed	DAVID	STACY	Wednesday. Dave called the kids from work and left a message. Nobody called back.
8/26/04	Thu	STACY	STACY	Court date. Counseling is court ordered. Due to Stacy having custody, judge decided not to go against that so kids will go to hilly hill for the year. On the way back we stopped to get a mice for Zach's snake. Dave called Stacy to ask if Zach could come visit to feed his snake. Surprisingly she called back at 3:30pm and said she will bring him over but he can opnly stay for 45 minutes. Dave agreed and Zach showed up at 3:45. Dave not having heard back from stacy had already fed the snake but Zach enjoyed watching the buldge in his snake's stomach. Zach wanted to bake brownies and as they put it in oven time was up. At 4:20 Stacy drove up and honked her car. Zach hurriedly put on his shoes and left. As the door closed, we heard Stacy yelling "what is taking you so long! I told you to be waiting for me!" and Zach replying "I'm coming, I'm just putting my shoes on!" Mirrissa was also in the truck and she wa yelling "Bubba you better get in here! Hurry!"
				Zach was wearing his glasses. Zach said he had a head ache all last week and mommy told him that if he didn't wear his glasses even for one day, he will go blind. Dave looked at him funny and Zach repeated this numerous times. Dave called at 7:30pm. Stacy answered the phone immediately and said the kids were outside putting their toys away and she will have them call when they got in. Mirrissa called and said she got an F on a test today. Dave could hear Stacy whispering to her "tell your daddy that it is only because you weren't paying attention in class.." Mirrissa repeated what her mother told her to say.
8/27/04	Fri	STACY	STACY	Friday. Dave called the kids. Stacy and the kids were at her coworker's house. They were watching Scooby doo. Zach came on the phone but was distracted and said he wanted to go back to watching the show. Mirrissa didn't want to talk to Dave. Dave went to Takako's house for the weekend. Stacy did not ask Dave to baby sit the kids for the weekend.
8/28/04	Sat	STACY	STACY	Saturday. Dave called the kids at 8:30pm. Stacy told Dave that Zach was asleep and Mirrissa didn't want to talk to him.
8/29/04	Sun	STACY	STACY	Sunday. Takako and Dave woke up late and Dave cooked chocolate pancakes for breakfast. Carey came over and showed us her new light up toy she got on her trip to Busch Gardens. Dave called the kids at 7pm on Stacy's cell phone. Mirrissa answered. She said she was making spit balls to hit Zach because a girl at school hit her with one. She asked what Dave was doing. Mirrissa had difficulty hearing what Dave was saying and kept repeating the same question. Then she said she wanted go and hung up before Dave could ask to speak to Zach. Dave called back and Mirrissa answered and she said "I don't want to talk to you anymore" and hung up again. Dave waited a little while and called back. He heard Mirrissa saying "its daddy again" and Stacy came on the line. Dave thought he was talking to Zach at first and called her "kiddo". Stacy said "EXCUSE ME?! Who are you talking to?" Dave apologized and asked to speak to Zach.
				Stacy said "how nice of you to want to speak only to Zach, when you also have another child here, maybe you could speak to her once in a while." Surprised, Dave told her he just got done talking with Mirrissa. Stacy called him a liar and said he never talked to her. Dave encouraged her to check her call logs on her cell phone. Stacy grunted and passed the phone to Zach. Zach came on the phone and started talking. He said he wanted to go visit his friend then the line went dead after a click. Dave called back and Stacy answered "what!" He told her they got disconnected and asked to speak to Zach again. Stacy said "I don't know, he was the one who hung up on you" and passed the phone to Zach. Zach said he wants to talk to Dave but he wants him to call him later. Dave said probably not tonight but he will call Zach tomorrow night. They said goodbye.
