1/5/04	Mon	Stacy after school, David overnight	No School	First day of kids school tomorrow and for the schedule in effect. Stacy haggled and argued in front of Dave's apartment for an hour. Finally, Dave had to threaten to call the police in order to get her to leave the children in Ormond so they can start school tomorrow. Stacy will meet them at the school tomorrow to register.
1/6/04	Tue	Stacy after school, David overnight	School Starts	Stacy argued that she didn't have the kids the previous night. David was too tired to argue after a while so allowed Stacy to take the kids back to Lakeland with her. They will be getting up early to go to school in Ormond tomorrow.

1/11/04	Sun	Stacy daytime, David overnight		David scheduled an appointment for kids to enroll in "Kumon". When David showed up at the house to pick the kids up and invited Stacy to come with them, Stacy threw a tantrum. The whole day was spent arguing with Stacy, and the appointment was missed. Stacy said the kids already have too much to do during the day and she was offended that Dave had not included her in the discussion about the kids. Dave said that is why we are going together to find out if Kumon will be right for the kids. Kids needed to be with Dave that night to go to school on Monday but Stacy did not permit it. Dave went back to Ormond with out them.

1/14/04	Wed	Stacy after school, David overnight		Stacy found place to live in Holly Hill. She said she was getting tired of killing time waiting for Dave to get off work in Daytona. She said she was going back to Lakeland with the kids after school so she can spend time packing. Dave agreed. Kids stay with Stacy tonight.
1/15/04	Thu	Stacy after school, David overnight		Kids will stay with Stacy tonight because Stacy needs to stay home to pack up for her move.

1/17/04	Sat	Stacy		Moving day for Stacy. Stacy previously requested that Dave help her load the u-haul and help her move. Dave told her that he was not helping and to hire movers with the $2000 he gave her for moving expenses. However, Stacy still expected Dave to help her. When Dave did not show up at the house, Stacy drove over to Takako's house with the kids to express her disapproval. Stacy sent Zach to the door and Dave walked up to her car to talk to her for approximately 20 minutes. She said "I will never forget this day that you showed you cared more about your slut that your own kids".
1/18/04	Sun	Stacy		There is no school on Monday due to MLK, kids stay with Stacy
1/19/04	Mon	Stacy daytime, David overnight	No School	Dave went to pick up the kids after work. Everything went smoothly.
1/20/04	Tue	Stacy after school, David overnight		Dave is hopeful that the schedule will work.
1/21/04	Wed	Stacy after school, David overnight		The Jeep was in the shop for the last week. Stacy needed to go pick it up today so took the kids with her. She will be sleeping in the Lakeland house tonight with the kids rather than driving back to her duplex in Holly Hill.
1/22/04	Thu	Stacy after school, David overnight		When Dave went to pick up the kids, Stacy argued that they needed to stay with her. Dave had a root canal that morning and was in no mood to argue. Stacy is upset because Takako was at Dave's apartment when she dropped them off at 6:00am. Takako was there so she can pay for the dentist. Takako did not speak to the kids, nor they to her. Kids will stay with Stacy tonight.

1/24/04	Sat	Stacy		At Lakeland house. Dave and I were cleaning up the house for renters. As we were talking to the neighbor Nikki across the back fence, Stacy and kids drive up. She says "I hope you are enjoying the house slut" in front of everybody. Takako says "No, I am just cleaning up after you to help rent the place". Stacy turns to Dave and says "I can't believe you let your slut speak to me like that". Stacy argues that Dave needs to go in the house with her so she can speak to him. Dave said there is nothing to talk about and refused. Dave and I drop everything and make a hasty retreat. Stacy comes to my house later that evening to drop off keys to Lakeland house. No words were spoken between Dave and Stacy.
1/25/04	Sun	Stacy daytime, David overnight		Dave was late in picking up the kids from Stacy because he had wait to leave my house to send out data for KIL immediately after shift ended. Stacy was upset because Nikki spoke to us about how she took the Chubbs to the pound and lied about giving him away to a neighbor. She said that Nikki was no longer her best friend.
1/26/04	Mon	Stacy after school, David overnight		When Dave went to pick up the kids, kids were in their pajamas and they said they wanted to stay with Stacy tonight. Kids will stay with her tonight.

1/31/04	Sat	Stacy		Dave and I go back to the Lakeland house to do more work. Speak to the neighbor on the left side of the house. Stacy is trying to sell the pool but they felt that the pool may belong to Dave and didn't want to get in the middle.
