2/4/04	Wed	Stacy after school, David overnight		Dave went to pick up the kids. Stacy was upset that kids were eager to go home with him despite the fact it was her birth day. Stacy said she didn't know why kids were so inconsiderate and uncaring as to choosing not to stay with her tonight. Dave put a stop to this and took the kids home. When they got home, Stacy showed up with the reason 'kids forgot their sweater' and then continued to provoke guilt in the kids for betraying her on her birthday and how she was all alone. Dave told her to leave at once. She said she will leave if the kids could stay with her tomorrow night. Dave agreed.
2/5/04	Thu	Stacy after school, David overnight		I went over to visit Dave since yesterday was Stacy's birthday. and Dave agreed the kids could stay with her tonight.
2/6/04	Fri	Stacy		Stacy came to drop the kids off in the morning. She found Takako's car and was upset. Dave talked to her for 15 minutes, Takako came out to ask what was going on. Stacy said the conversation was private. Dave and I said she has already made it public and that everybody was there to hear anyway. More arguing ensued until, Dave asked her to leave. Stacy stormed home with the kids saying that she wasn't able to have even a private conversation with out Takako butting in. Stacy took the kids to school and skipped her own classes.
2/7/04	Sat	David	$110 cash, $100 gas	Dave Closed Stacy's joint checking account. He said that he was tired of her over drafting on the account. Most recently she quoted the incorrect amount for the cost to repair the Jeep. Dave transferred money for this but it was insufficient and became over drafted. Stacy said "so now you are going to take the kids jeep away too!!" Dave said no, you just need to get your own checking account. Dave gave Stacy her gas card for fuel $100 for the month of Feb when he went to pick up the kids for the weekend. They came over to Takako's house for the first time. Dave told the kids that they didn't have to go to Takako's house if they didn't want to but surprisingly the kids were quite eager to visit.
2/8/04	Sun	Stacy daytime, David overnight		Sunday Dave and kids went to church with Hugh my neighbor. Sunday afternoon kids were due back by 5pm to Stacy. Mirrissa got a coupon for Wendy's and Stacy and both kids went to enjoy it. Stacy was mad that kids spent time with Takako. Surprisingly not as mad as Dave thought she would be. However, Stacy recorded kid's testimony that Dave and Takako were having sex in the same room as the kids on tape. Kids slept on couch, Takako and Dave slept on bed. Zack reported hearing 'faster, slower' etc words. No such words were said between Takako and Dave that night and Dave thinks that Stacy put words in their mouth.
2/9/04	Mon	Stacy after school, David overnight		Kids put up a fuss and insisted they wanted to stay with mommy tonight when Dave went to pick them up. Dave agreed to let the kids stay with Stacy tonight. I decided to go visit Dave since the kids will not be there.
2/10/04	Tue	Stacy after school, David overnight		Stacy saw Takako's car at Dave's when she came to drop off the kids. She turned around and took the kids back to her place, skipped school. She immediately called Dave said he was 'unbelievable' for doing such an inconsiderate thing.

2/15/04	Sun	Stacy after school, David overnight		No school for kids tomorrow due to President's day. Dave had forgotten about this and went to pick them up Sunday night and then was told they will stay with Stacy.

2/19/04	Thu	Stacy after school, David overnight		Kids wanted to stay with Stacy tonight.
2/20/04	Fri	Stacy		This week end was Dave's turn to have the kids but they stayed with Stacy. Stacy said the kids were invited to a barbecue in Lakeland this weekend so they will stay with Stacy. Dave thought that he will be closer to Lakeland to take them than Stacy but he agreed to let Stacy have the kids. Later it was revealed that this was a lie and the kids and Stacy went out to eat barbecue by themselves. Stacy asks Dave for money because she needs money to buy menstrual pads. Dave told her he has no money.

2/23/04	Mon	Stacy after school, David overnight		Stacy said she needed money to take Zach to the doctor for a shot. Dave said to have the doctor phone him for his credit card number. Stacy stormed that she will pay for it herself if he was not willing to pay for things for the kids.

2/25/04	Wed	Stacy after school, David overnight	$50 grocery	Gave Stacy Publix grocery gift card in the amount of $50.00. Plan on weekly groceries money for the kids in the amount of $50, and $100 once a month.
2/26/04	Thu	Stacy after school, David overnight
2/27/04	Fri	David		Dave's weekend to have kids. The all came to visit Takako. Kids talked to Takako on phone as they were driving over. Arrived at the house around 9pm. Set up the tent in the dining room for the kids to sleep. We all got in the tent and tickled each other. Fun was had by all. On Sunday kids ate leftover pancakes for breakfast and went to church with Hugh. We got couple extra hours of sleep. Kids came back with new balloons when I was washing the car. Mirrissa washed and waxed, Zach sprayed water everywhere. We went to get an oil change on the car, and went to McDonalds while we waited for lunch. Kids played in the playground. Food quality at that McDonalds was not very good. We finished eating and returned with the car. Dave and kids packed up and after playing ball for a short while, they headed home.
2/28/04	Sat	David		Stacy called Dave mad that she couldn't come pick up the kids to take them to bike week in Daytona. Dave explained that this was his weekend and pointed out that he never interrupts her weekend with the kids so why is she doing that now. She asked to speak to the kids. she told them that she was coming to pick them up and they were sleeping at her place tonight. Dave overheard this conversation and took the phone away from the kids and corrected her that this was his weekend and she should not be promising anything to the kids without asking him first. She argued that it was not fair that he wouldn't let her talk to the kids.
				We got up and Dave made pancakes for all of us. Had strawberry shortcake and milkshakes at the Parksdale Strawberry store. Then we went to the Strawberry Festival in Plant City. We rode on rides, kids got temporary tattoos on their arms. Later in the afternoon, we went to the back yard and had a little bon fire. We roasted corn, Zack learned how to keep the fire going. When it grew dark we came inside. Mirrissa and I took a nap. Zack and Dave watched a DVD. Takako made curry but kids didn't want any of it. So Mirrissa made tuna salad sandwich for herself and Dave. Zack worried all day that Stacy was going to be mad. He made references to, there will be no "next time" to come to visit Takako. Mirrissa wanted the front door closed because she kept hearing the cars go by and was afraid that her mommy was coming.
2/29/04	Sun	David		Dave called Stacy on the way home to remind her kids are staying with him tonight. It is a school night and the kids have also indicated that they want to. Stacy was mad. Stacy argued. She argued that Dave didn't think of her feeling that she hadn't seen the kids for 3 days. Shortly after arriving home, Stacy showed up at Dave's apartment to pick up the kids.
				Arguing over where the kids needed to go continued. It is a school night so they should be with Dave. Dave told the kids to go inside while he argued with Stacy but Stacy yelled and told them to get into her car. Stacy insisted that Dave call the cops to sort it out, Dave said why don't she call the cops if she thinks there is a need because has nothing to hid and he sees nothing wrong. Then, Stacy wanted to speak to the kids alone. Dave went inside to finish making dinner. She talked to Zach first, then Stacy persuaded crying Mirrissa to go downstairs.
				Kids were extremely upset and said they wanted to stay with Dad. Dave said "what the fuck are you doing?" He said he has had it and he will now call the cops. Kids screamed and begged for him not to call the cops. Stacy yelled that she was going to call the cops herself and drove away. Kids and Dave went out to the front porch to look out for cops. Everybody was very scared. Dave called me on his cell phone and put me on speaker so the kids could also talk to me. Mirrissa said mommy was going to call the cops and have daddy arrested. Stacy drove up and down the street as the kids watched. While we were talking, Stacy called again, more arguing ensued and she hung up saying she will come to pick up the kids in the morning. Stacy does not have school tomorrow. Later that evening, Dave and kids were watching a movie, Stacy called again to speak to the kids.
