Visitation Interference by Mother

DCF investigation closed. Allegations by Father is confirmed through interviews with Step Father and children. DCF does not think the allegations are a “big deal” and recommends resuming visitation.

Mother makes no effort to think of the children’s needs and continues to stonewall Father and threaten him with a restraining order if he continues to request to see children (i.e. harass her).

“It is your own fault. You are being punished for filing two false reports on me to the DCF”

“You are harassing me and making my life difficult because I have moved on with my life”
