loan is still outstanding at the time the $5000 is repaid David will continue

understood and agreed upon by both parents. The children will reside
primarily with both parents. Time and Schedule will be determined and agreed upon
by both parents as time goes on. David will provide medical coverage though
his employer for the children. Neither David or Stacy can threaten to take
the kids away or use them for an excuse for any reason. |

for children's needs with a receipt. This includes all childrens
food, clothing, school supplies and transportation. This will continue until
children graduate from High School. |

Children |

Physical custody of the children
will be split equally with 64 hours per parent per week with alternating
Saturdays. (See attached Schedule). The childrens wishes for whom the
want to stay will be considered. |

Saturday's to be determined based
on schedule availability of both parents. Weekend nights and Sunday are to be
with Stacy. Long term school vacation arrangements to be determined upon
agreement by both parents. |

Child care between the time school
lets out to will be provided by Stacy if work schedule permits. If Stacy's
work schedule does not permit this, alternative child care to be provided by
David. |
|
|
|
|
After school child care includes carpooling
to any after school activities, preparation of the evening meal, academic
supervision and getting the children ready for bed. Costs associated with
these activities to be provided by David with a recipt.
Children's bedtime will be 9:00 pm on all school nights and children are
expected to be in bed at this time regardless of the caregiver. |

Stacy, I read your changes and reworked the
agreement based on it. However, I do no
believe we should let the children decide who they want to be with until they
are at least teenagers. Kids need both their mother and father. I understand that you want to be with the
kids as much as I do. I was perhaps unfair in my original agreement so I have
changed it so that we both get equal amount of time with the kids. As I have said before, what I really want out
of this agreement is a chance for me to raise the kids, look after their daily
needs like getting up and ready for school etc. I fee that I have unfairly
pushed that responsibility on to you while just taking the fun play times with
them on the weekends for the last 11 years. Because I work 9 to 6 each day, you
will have to take care of the kids after school. (This may cause you some
problems when looking for a job and arranging a schedule. If this happens we
will discuss it. ) That leaves me with
two hours before they go to bed and an hour before school and work. I have no intention of “taking the kids away”
and I want you to feel assured that you will get as many hours with the kids as
I do. Actually, based on the proposed schedule, you will be getting more waking
hours with the kids that I will ever get. I am fine with that but I would at
least like to be able to watch the kids as they sleep.

I buy for our children, if they need something I am going to buy it regardless of WHO's money it is. I
shouldn't have to be treated like some
common criminal that you think is stealing your money or draining the bank account.
