Parenting Plan Drafted by Stacy's Attorney
After reviewing our attempt to
settle, Stacy's lawyer Gary Fox drafted the following document. We met at his
office the day before trial so that I could sign it. I read over the document
and saw that my visitation was limited to mid week dinners, summer and
holidays. I pointed it out to Stacy but she said it didn't matter, just sign it
so she can get this over with. I did not sign because even the bare minimum "every
other weekend visitation" was missing. Stacy of course hadn't read the
thing and yelled at me in her lawyer's front office with the kids in full view "Why
are you making this so difficult for me!!! Can't you just once sign the god
damn thing!!" I refused and walked out.
Mr. Fox didn't even notice it was
missing till the judge pointed it out to him at trial!! The he just said
"oops, well it should be there...I guess I forgot to put it there.." Not to
mention that in addition to forgetting to put my visitation on the plan, this
document has numerous clerical and factual errors. Mr. Fox had very little
regard for this case I presume partly because he wasn't getting paid for it and
partly because this was his last case before moving his practice to
