We requested that Stacy submit financial affidavit and statements from the children’s babysitter. Stacy and her attorney did not respond to any of this. Only piece of documentation she ever provided was her pay stub from Race Trac on the day of Mediation a month ago. This was again disregarded by the judge on trial day.
