First attempt at a separation agreement by Stacy in 2003. She told me she went and showed this to her neighbor Nikki and she completely agrees with it. Later Nikki told me that she told Stacy that Dave would have to be an idiot to sign something like that but good luck to her. Unfortunately, as far as parenting plans negotiations, we never really advanced much from this point forward. It always ended with "the parents will sit down like adults and discuss it when the time comes." And of course that never worked and the kids paid for it by being denied opportunities and quality time with their parents.

I David Prather (Father) will continue to pay separate housing costs in which Zachary Prather, Mirrissa Prather and Stacy Erickson (Mother) will reside. David Prather (Father) will also continue to help pay the costs and gas for 1999 Jeep Cherokee which is the only form of transportation back and forth to school, and to get to and from work(is also only form of transportation for said children). Until which time Stacy Erickson (Mother) is finished with school and can find full-time employment. At this time David Prather (Father) and Stacy Erickson (Mother) will sit down and discuss and agree upon child support for Zachary Prather and Mirrissa Prather. I Stacy Erickson agree to find part-time employment to contribute to the costs until which time that I am finished with school.
