At Lakeland house. Dave and I were cleaning up the house for
renters. As we were talking to the neighbor Nikki across the back fence, Stacy and kids
drive up. She says "I hope you are enjoying the house slut" in
front of everybody. Takako says "No, I am just cleaning up after you to
help rent the place". Stacy turns to Dave and says "I can't believe
you let your slut speak to me like that". Stacy argues that Dave needs
to go in the house with her so she can speak to him. Dave said there is
nothing to talk about and refused. Dave and I drop everything and make a
hasty retreat. Stacy comes to my house later that evening to drop off keys to
Lakeland house. No words were spoken between Dave and
Stacy.
