Mother's notice of contest of domestication of the WA order.

When my attorney filed to domesticate the WA order, Stacy responded by objecting to it. Everybody including the judge wondered why because it just didn't make sense. The custody order from Washington State needs to be brought over to Florida and "domesticated" before anything can be decided regarding the children. In court when the judge asked why she was contesting it she said she wanted a continuance so she can get an attorney. Judge granted it. Then Stacy stated that she would like the judge to order the kids back to her right now because Mirrissa was "taken away" to summer camp and Zach was refusing to return to her. The judge said "well, you just objected to the domestication which would have allowed you to do that and asked for an continuance. That means the kids can go anywhere they want to go. Do you understand what you are doing?

Another irony is that more than a month ago, as soon as Stacy was served with the documents for domestication, she had immediately started to enforce the eow visitation schedule claiming that "it is ordered by the court". So I said ok, we will follow the "order", I will pay you $138 dollars a month in child support as is "ordered". Stacy was irate and said how I was just making her life miserable and how were the kids supposed to eat on that little money. I told her if she would rotate custody like we agreed I will immediately pay her $700 per month stipend. But otherwise, if the kids are hungry, they can always come to my place for breakfast lunch or dinner; there is always plenty of food. If they need anything I can go out with the kids to get it. And if kids can't get to school, I will pick them up and drive them to school. I didn't see how the kids were going to suffer. Stacy was irate and said she would rather let them starve than let the kids go to my house to eat. So it was, she made ends meet somehow and kids ate at the school breakfast and lunch from what I paid the school each month.
